Copello Global is seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to join our team in the development of next-generation Electronic Warfare/Radar systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and derive project requirements, ensuring alignment with system-level objectives.
  • Define and implement Requirements Management and DOORS Implementation plans, maintaining configuration and ensuring traceability.
  • Support the creation and apportionment of systems requirements, allocating to sub-systems and managing the flow of requirements.
  • Produce verification and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to system specifications and verification methods.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Requirements Management Planning, with a strong understanding of DOORS and Atlassian tools.
  • Ability to work at Specialist Level in DOORS, with knowledge of Cameo Systems Modeller or MATLAB.
  • Familiarity with EW, RF systems/Radar System design and operation, as well as electro-optic system design and operation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and collate verification evidence.
Security Clearance:

Candidates must be eligible for full security clearance and hold Sole British National status due to the nature of the project.
