Job Title: Senior Mental Health Social Care Specialist

Estimated Salary: £32 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Month contract
Hours: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our team on a locum basis. As a qualified social worker, you will have the opportunity to work with adults experiencing mental health issues and make a real difference in their lives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
- Safeguarding: Identify and manage risks, taking appropriate action to protect vulnerable individuals
Requirements:
- Degree or Equivalent: Possess a degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- Registration: Be currently registered with Social Work England
- Frontline Experience: Have significant frontline experience working as a qualified Social Worker in Adult's Social Services within the UK
