About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our DCA Office in Powys and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s) and develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage the service's P&L and ensure effective financial management.
  • Work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to deliver positive outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
