We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder Pathway, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist individual interventions, including CBTpbd and Family Interventions, to patients with diagnoses of psychosis or bipolar disorder.
- Work alongside the Consultant Clinical Psychologist and inpatient rehabilitation and AOT team colleagues to deliver a comprehensive range of psychological therapies.
- Offer individual and group psychological therapies, individual and group supervision/reflective practice, and consultation within the team.
- Develop and implement service initiatives and trauma-informed practice, as well as engaging in audit and research as appropriate.
