We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of psychological services in the Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder Pathway.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychological therapies to individuals and groups, including those with complex mental health needs.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to patients presenting with a range of mental health conditions.
- Supervise and train other healthcare professionals in psychological therapies and interventions.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of psychological services and interventions.
- Postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology (or equivalent) as accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Registration as a Chartered Psychologist (Clinical or Counselling) by the BPS.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a qualified Clinical/Counselling Psychologist in the relevant area.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the development and delivery of psychological services.
- A competitive salary of £58,972 to £68,525 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
