Core Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily activities and routines, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities to enhance learning and growth.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including feeding and hygiene.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe and document children's developmental milestones and progress.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized childcare setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive educational experience.
Qualifications:
  • Level Three certification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a nursery or early childhood environment.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compassion, patience, and a sincere passion for early childhood education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric First Aid certification.
  • Additional training in early childhood education or childcare.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in an early years context.
