About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Family Therapist/Systemic Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Altrincham. As a key member of our Multi-disciplinary team, you will provide assessments and interventions for young people and their families who have been referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC and other regulators
  • Providing excellent standards of evidence-based practice
  • Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal-based outcomes
  • Active participation in service developments, including the use of service user feedback and in-house training
  • Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
  • Providing specialist supervision, training and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups and reflective practice
