We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreperson to join our team at ARCHITECTURAL DECORATORS LTD. As a Foreperson, you will play a crucial role in leading our project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of trade staff across multiple sites
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors
  • Manage own time and prioritize workload effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of external walls and construction methods
  • Experience in managing a team and leading projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CSCS Card and relevant certifications (SMSTS/SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA)
  • Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £43,000 to £50,000, based on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm working hours, with 1 hour for lunch
  • 21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas Closure

Additional Information:

  • DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company's expense
