Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute change across the STB Group, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of change plans.
Manage a team of project managers and business analysts, providing support and guidance to execute and deliver complex projects aligned to business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with third parties to deliver changes, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
Provide management oversight of key issue escalations, ensuring risk mitigation actions are identified and reported to sponsors where appropriate.
Drive change throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring all changes adhere to the change governance framework.
Promote teamwork and collaboration within the team, providing clear direction, objectives, and guidance to enable responsible, effective, and efficient performance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements for all projects.
Requirements
Proven significant large program/project management and Business Analysis experience in both business and IT change.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with stakeholder management and third-party management experience.
Good communication skills, with confidence to constructively challenge and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive experience of working in a regulated financial services environment.
Previous leadership experience at a senior level with large teams, with presentation and facilitation skills.
Relevant qualifications, such as P RINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Qualification or equivalent.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, with annual bonus scheme, life assurance, private medical, matched pension contributions, 25 days annual leave, and hybrid working.
