Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute change across the STB Group, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of change plans.
• Manage a team of project managers and business analysts, providing support and guidance to execute and deliver complex projects aligned to business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with third parties to deliver changes, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
• Provide management oversight of key issue escalations, ensuring risk mitigation actions are identified and reported to sponsors where appropriate.
• Drive change throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring all changes adhere to the change governance framework.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration within the team, providing clear direction, objectives, and guidance to enable responsible, effective, and efficient performance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements for all projects.

Requirements

• Proven significant large program/project management and Business Analysis experience in both business and IT change.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with stakeholder management and third-party management experience.
• Good communication skills, with confidence to constructively challenge and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience of working in a regulated financial services environment.
• Previous leadership experience at a senior level with large teams, with presentation and facilitation skills.
• Relevant qualifications, such as P RINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Qualification or equivalent.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, with annual bonus scheme, life assurance, private medical, matched pension contributions, 25 days annual leave, and hybrid working.
