As a Construction Budget Specialist at Fawkes & Reece South, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects within budget and on time. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities to ensure accurate tracking of costs.
2. Producing and analysing project financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
3. Managing contracts, including handling changes in work during construction, processing valuations, and final accounts.
4. Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to project risks to minimize their impact.
5. Advising on procurement strategy and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.

A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, similar experience working on large-scale industrial units, and experience working on 2-stage projects are essential for this role.
