Job Description

WhereToTalk is a leading institution in social sciences, offering a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Counselling Services Manager to join our Student Wellbeing Service. As a Counselling Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Counselling Service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of counsellors. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of counsellors and ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
  • To develop and implement service policies and procedures;
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counselling or Psychology;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role, preferably in a similar setting;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £63,000 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £70,000 pa inclusive of London allowance;
