Job Title: MET Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MET Technician to join our team at Tru Talent. As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art body shop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
  • Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
  • Repair damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications
  • Utilize modern equipment and techniques
Requirements:
  • Will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA /IMI/ SVQ)
  • Must have previous experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours
  • Have experience with Geometry work and 4 wheel Alignment
  • Will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
  • Diagnostic training
What We Offer:
  • Basic Salary: Up £44,000
  • Location: Swindon
  • Extras: Bonus with £50 K+ OTE
  • Hours: 45 Hour week Monday to Friday (No Saturdays)
