About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering delegated clinical procedures, including insertion/removal of cannula, venepuncture, wound assessment, and simple dressings. You will also be required to train new staff members and contribute to the development of our ward team.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
- Use your initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and patients
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- GCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths
- Care Certificate
- Relevant experience of working in Health or Social Care Environment delivering personal care
