Job Summary
">The Office Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to the Pertemps team on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Document Management: Organize and maintain documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into relevant systems.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to provide support with daily operations and tasks.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required by the team.
Requirements
">- Basic Administrative Skills: No prior experience necessary; however, a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
