Job Overview

Nescot College is seeking a skilled Experiential Counselling Supervisor to join our HE department in Epsom, Surrey. This role involves teaching students studying on the Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and working according to the BACP/UKCP ethical framework.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a professionally qualified psychodynamic counsellor. They must also possess BACP Accreditation or equivalent and have a background in teaching, training, and assessing.

Responsibilities
  • Teach students on the Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling course.
  • Work according to the BACP/UKCP ethical framework.
  • Manage student groups and contribute to a team.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in psychodynamic counselling.
  • BACP Accreditation or equivalent.
  • Background in teaching, training, and assessing.
