Instrumentation Specialist

At QinetiQ, we are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our technical team. This role will involve working within the Instrumentation team to support the delivery of maritime-based projects in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing instrumentation support to our facilities, leading instrumentation tasks and activities
- Supporting technical assurance activities for work undertaken by the instrumentation team
- Maintaining electrical & electronic equipment
- Developing and maintaining instrumentation and software used within the model testing capability
- Liaising with other teams to ensure timely delivery of instrumentation support for trials
- Managing and delivering bespoke instrumentation equipment design, build, and testing
This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, based at our Haslar site with hybrid working available.
Essential qualifications include experience in Instrumentation Engineering, with HND/HND level qualifications desirable but not essential.
