  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Organisational Development: Lead change management initiatives, driving transformation and ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and advising on best practices.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop the HR team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Qualifications: Relevant HR qualifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level 7).
