We are seeking a skilled Reporting Data Analyst to join our client located in Eurocentral, on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, covering between 8am and 8pm, and an hourly rate of £14.42.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide data analysis to inform Regional Management teams and drive improvements in customer experience across all performance measures.
  2. Contribute to the design and implementation of performance strategies, leveraging data to ensure successful execution across the delivery organisation.
  3. Use data to identify and flag risks in real-time, informing Regional Delivery Managers and driving solutions.
  4. Analyse client data and develop recommendations to drive improvements across the delivery organisation.
  5. Produce reports to support senior managers in their understanding of compliance and service data in operational areas.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages, with advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, Power Query, Macros, and VBA.
  2. Strong analytical skills, comfortable handling large datasets, and able to translate findings into solutions to drive business improvements.
