Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist Required

Cpl UK Healthcare's Health division is currently recruiting a Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a special school in Buckinghamshire.

The role involves providing high-quality therapeutic support to students with Autism and other complex needs, including Sensory Processing Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Speech and Language delay/disorders, attachment and trauma difficulties, global developmental delay, or neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to students and their families.
  • Collaborating with educators and other professionals to ensure seamless transition from therapy sessions to everyday life.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Significant experience working with children and young people with Autism and other complex needs

Estimated Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum.
