Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Officer to join our Customer Support Operations team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and application support to our Housing solution customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and application support to customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of application environments.
  • Develop and implement technical support procedures and documentation.
  • Proactively deliver support services and identify revenue generation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Housing Management Software is essential.
  • Proven experience supporting Web Applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and Housing database administration.
  • Experience of delivering support to users.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with NEC Housing software and related applications.
  • Understanding of software development principles in an ISO 9001 environment.
