Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems IVVQ Test Engineer to join our team at Thales. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the solution meets customer requirements through IVVQ activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that the solution satisfies approved operational needs set by the customer.
  • Lead Test and Integration activities.
  • Develop Test Specifications.
  • Execute comprehensive Tests.
  • Investigate complex problems.

  • Proven system engineering knowledge and experience with system lifecycles.
  • Able to integrate and verify technologies in a structured way to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Eligibility for SC security clearance.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a numerate, scientific, or engineering subject.
  • Proven experience in requirements management using DOORS.
  • Team leadership experience in IVVQ activities.
  • Detailed knowledge of the engineering lifecycle.

Requirements:

The role requires UK Eyes Only SC Clearance. If not currently held, the successful applicant must undergo and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.

This position involves working with sensitive information, and the successful candidate will need to meet UK Security Vetting requirements.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
