Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IVVQ Systems Engineer to join our team at Thales. This full-time role will involve working on various projects within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing IVVQ activities for assigned projects, including demonstration of solution satisfaction of customer-approved operational needs, test and integration, test specification writing, test execution, and problem investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate that the solution satisfies the overall approved operational needs set out by the customer.
  • Test and integration of systems.
  • Developing and maintaining test specifications.
  • Executing tests to ensure system functionality and quality.
  • Investigating problems and issues related to system performance.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of system engineering and system lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to work with multiple technologies and integrate them into a cohesive system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Eligibility for security clearance to SC level.
