Psychology Graduate (School SEND Admin) Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Psychology Graduate to join our team as a School SEND Admin. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a SEND environment while contributing to the essential support provided to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the SEND team with all administrative tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Assist SEND colleagues and teaching staff in coordinating meetings for parents and in-service courses, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the SENCo's diary to ensure effective use of time, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Coordinate and book student reviews, ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
  • Other responsibilities to support the Inclusion team, contributing to the overall success of the school.
Requirements:
  • Administration experience is beneficial, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Experience of working with confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Experience of SIMS, with a strong understanding of its functionality and applications.
  • Awareness of current issues in education, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices and developments.
  • Experience of delivering to deadlines and achieving set targets to a high standard, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
