Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

Job Summary:
  • Working closely alongside students with special needs
  • Providing academic guidance in small focus groups or in a 1:1 setting
  • September start, full academic year, full-time, term time only

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside proactive, passionate, and principled Teachers who are experts in the fields of psychology and pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with special educational needs
  • Assisting Teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to students

We are looking for a motivated and determined individual who is ready to fully embrace the challenges of this role. Previous experience working with SEN children is preferred but not essential.
