Product Governance Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Product Governance team as a Product Governance Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate the annual FCA Assessment of Value, including project managing the assessment process, maintaining an up-to-date runbook and action log, and meeting regulatory reporting deadlines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Investments, Finance, Fund Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Performance, to gather information and lead engagements.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare materials and present to the Product Governance Committee and relevant internal Boards.
- External Reporting: Work with Marketing and Creative teams to support the publication of the external FCA Assessment of Value report.
- Committee Support: Support the coordination of Product Governance Committee meetings.
- Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of competitor, regulatory, and market developments.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Draft and maintain the quality of policy and procedures documentation.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Actively contribute and lead on ad hoc work and strategic projects as they arise.
- Delivery Focused: Demonstratable delivery focused organisational/prioritisation and project management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to perform data reconciliation and analysis.
- Technological Awareness: A strong interest in and willingness to learn and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve Product Governance processes and client outcomes.
- Multitasking: Flexibility to multitask across multiple fund ranges and asset classes.
- Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge/experience of the asset management industry, including an understanding of investment products and structures.
- Investment/Asset Management Qualifications: Qualifications within investment/asset management e.g. IMC, CAIA, CFA etc.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UK and EU regulation relating to asset management, for example AoV, MiFID, FCA Consumer Duty.
- Industry Experience: Wider experience within investment/asset management business.
- Flexibility and Curiosity: Flexible, highly curious and willing to learn.
- Creativity and Improvement: Creative with a strong desire to improve and refine the role.
