Product Governance Executive

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Product Governance Executive to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of the Product Governance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services are tailored to deliver good client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team in carrying out the FCA Assessment of Value process, including project managing the assessment process and maintaining an up-to-date runbook and action log.
- Collate information from multiple functions and lead engagements with internal stakeholders to prepare materials and present to the Product Governance Committee and relevant internal Boards.
- Maintain awareness of competitor, regulatory and market developments, and draft and maintain the quality of policy and procedures documentation.
- Actively contribute and lead on ad hoc work and strategic projects as they arise.
- Demonstratable delivery focused organisational/prioritisation and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to perform data reconciliation and analysis.
- A strong interest in and willingness to learn and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve Product Governance processes and client outcomes.
- Flexibility to multitask across multiple fund ranges and asset classes.
- Good knowledge/experience of the asset management industry, including an understanding of investment products and structures.
