Job Title: Senior Emergency Paramedic Practitioner/ Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Emergency Paramedic Practitioner/ Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our emergency care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the development of our emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to emergency care teams
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Conduct audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Registered health care professional (NMC or HCPC registration)
  • Health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6
  • Experience of leading and managing teams, developing policy and service development plans, and managing health-related projects/complex caseloads
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to individuals and groups
