Technical Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering CAD Technician to join our team, working on a wide variety of civil engineering projects. As part of a close-knit team, you will take concept designs through to detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD Software and other software platforms.

• Produce high-quality technical drawings and documents in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including drawing packages and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying new skills and knowledge to improve efficiency and quality.

• HNC/HND/BTec in Engineering (Civils) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years' experience in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Civil 3D/ MicroStation.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Autodesk Revit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full Driving License.

The salary range for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
