Urban Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join our team at Bluestone Planning Partnership LLP. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering community facilities, neighbourhood plans, residential housing developments, and planning appeals for a wide range of clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in planning and development. You will work closely with our senior colleagues to prepare and submit planning appraisals, applications, and appeals, as well as supporting the delivery of Neighbourhood Plans.

• Conduct research on site constraints, planning policies, and site histories.
• Prepare accurate and persuasive planning statements.
• Submit planning applications and appeals.
• Liaise with planning officers, clients, and third-parties.
• Support senior colleagues to progress projects from inception to completion.

• A good understanding of planning objectives and principles.
• An understanding of processing applications from preparation to submission.
