Job description
An estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum based on experience and location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and managing a team of nursing staff.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Your main duties will include:
- Leading by example and promoting a positive and respectful culture within the team
- Developing and implementing individual care plans that meet the needs of each resident
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
Required skills and qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A valid NMC registration as an adult nurse
- Experience of working in a care home or hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
