- Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting
- Ability to use clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
- Strong leadership and communication skills
