About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
  • Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications and developing care plans
  • Supervising and supporting care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting
  • Ability to use clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
