Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Lead to join our team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our Digital, Data and Technology Service, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and leveraging Microsoft technologies to improve our efficiency and benefits to users of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Microsoft Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) governance, ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Define and lead product roadmap development, implementation, and support.
  • Drive a step change in our digital transformation, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and dedicated data, development, and architecture teams.
  • Provide leadership in Microsoft Power Platform, heading up Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse development and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, with a focus on Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • End-to-end application management and support experience.
  • Cost and budget management experience.
  • Experience working in a SCRUM agile model.
