Commercial and Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at Clancy, supporting South East Water.
As a key member of our commercial management team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing data to provide accurate insights and information to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update commercial dashboards for weekly commercial calls to ensure stakeholder engagement and management.
- Analyze overall volumes and validate data each week.
- Take minutes in meetings to ensure all actions are covered.
- Prepare month-end reports.
- Assess the value of work completed using a schedule of rates.
- Ensure each job has the correct job specification and information included in the log before submitting to clients, including photos and signed Q&As from supervisors.
- Confirm that each job is priced, reviewed, and submitted within 30 days.
