Commercial and Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial and Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at Clancy. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze commercial data to provide accurate insights and information for our commercial management team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to update commercial dashboards and ensure timely delivery of key performance indicators.
  • Validate overall volumes and minute taking in meetings to ensure all actions are covered.
  • Contribute to month-end reporting and assess the value of work completed using schedule of rates.
  • Ensure that each job has the correct job specification and information included in the log before submitting to clients.
  • Confirm that each job is priced, reviewed, and submitted within 30 days.
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant work experience in a commercial or quality assurance role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
