About the Position

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Housing Needs Expert to join our team, focusing on addressing the complex housing needs of vulnerable individuals and families. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify housing requirements
  • Developing and implementing personalized housing plans to prevent homelessness
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of homelessness prevention initiatives

The successful applicant will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A salary range of £38,000-£50,000 per annum is expected for this position, based on experience.
