We are looking for a dedicated and caring Care Assistant to join our team in the Guildford area. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients in nursing and residential homes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Prepare and serve meals to patients
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to medical staff
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Previous experience working in a care environment (desirable)
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
