iPeople Solutions is looking for a skilled Senior Support Worker to provide care and support to adults in a residential setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing daily routines to promote independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily routines to promote independence and well-being.
- Attend regular meetings with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, prioritizing the welfare and safety of service users.
- Work flexibly, including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with adults in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, emotional resilience, and flexibility.
- Able to undertake shift work, including nights and weekends.
Estimated Salary: £36,500 - £45,000 per annum
