Supply Planner

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Planning: Collaborate with our manufacturers to manage the scheduling, production, and delivery of all required stock, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to drive change and improvement throughout the supply chain.
  • KPI Management: Manage key performance indicators, including customer and supplier on-time delivery, product availability, inventory health, and data accuracy.
  • Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inbound deliveries and reverse logistics activities.

    About You:

    • Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain best practice principles.
    • Experience working with manufacturers and managing deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using ERP and MRP systems.
    • High energy, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 'start-up' mentality.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated, persistent, and with a can-do attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
