Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Solicitor to join our team at CV-Library. As an Environmental Solicitor, you will provide focused, accurate, and timely legal advice, analysis, and support to our business functions on environmental and planning issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with a wide range of environmental legal matters, including water resource management and environmental information regulation queries.
  • Supporting major strategic programs and managing external legal resources.
  • Providing advice on environmental, planning, and related regulatory matters, identifying areas of risk, and implementing solutions to manage these risks.
  • Drafting complex legal documents related to environmental, planning, and regulatory matters.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working on environmental issues is essential.
  • Technical expertise in environmental law and preferably an acknowledged authority in the field.
  • Knowledge of statutory and environmental regulations within the UK would be beneficial.
