About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant Primary School in Boston. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils, working closely with the class teacher to promote academic progress and social growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational environment, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in close partnership with the class teacher. You will be responsible for providing general classroom support, facilitating learning through play, and small group interventions for pupils requiring additional help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Provide individual and small group support to pupils
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
