Apprenticeship Programme Manager

We are excited to support one of England's fastest-growing training providers in their search for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines, and coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the delivery of functional skills in maths and English
Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning
Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth
Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets is essential. Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations is also required. Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms, are necessary. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also required.
