Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. You'll also play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, deputising for the Head Chef as needed, and delivering training to new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that every item that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as needed, taking charge of the kitchen and ensuring that service continues uninterrupted.
  • Deliver training to new team members, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the role.
  • Assist with stocktaking and inventory management, ensuring that we have the right supplies on hand to meet customer demand.
