The Role

This exciting opportunity as a Beauty Counter Manager at Lancôme offers the chance to work with a talented team, promoting exceptional customer service, developing skills through our unique training and development programmes, and receiving a competitive salary package and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be passionate about Make-up, Skincare, and Fragrance while delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • You will lead by example, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, develop new skills, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • You will participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest products, trends, and business objectives.

  1. Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
