We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Fraud Intelligence Analyst to join our team at NFU Mutual.

About the Role

As a Counter Fraud Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in identifying and disrupting insurance fraud through the use of intelligence resources. You will be responsible for gathering, assessing, and disseminating intelligence from internal and external sources to support the Claims Validation Intelligence Team and Handlers in tackling claims fraud.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in claims, intelligence, or counter-fraud, demonstrating expertise in handling suspicious activities, researching and reporting on sensitive information. You will have a customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach, working effectively in a team environment using tools like Microsoft Excel to support your work.

You will have strong analytical and research skills, with experience identifying, gathering, and analysing information from open and closed sources. Excellent critical thinking and report writing abilities are essential, capable of producing clear, logical, and detailed recommendations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing development of intelligence services to protect our members from the damaging impact of claims fraud. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with counter fraud colleagues and other business areas to ensure the delivery of objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI or database management experience. Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + 10% bonus + benefits.
