**Job Summary**

Invictus Group is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks in a mobile position covering multiple sites in the Cheltenham area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the completion of planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Work on electrical systems, including lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic building management systems (BMS), and controls
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are maintained, adhering to relevant regulations and standards
  • Assist with general upkeep and fabric maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the efficient running of our critical sites

**Requirements**

  • Good all-round knowledge of facilities management (FM) disciplines and experience in other FM/Building Services roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility to work in a mobile position, covering multiple sites in the Cheltenham area
