Job Summary

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality community care services.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards is essential for this position.
  • Leadership experience in providing quality, domiciliary care services is required.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent is necessary for this role.
  • A full UK driving license is also required.


Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing and commercial skills, with the ability to build fantastic working relationships and drive the development of care services.


Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills are also essential for this position.



Location and Commute:

This position is based in Wembley, with easy access from surrounding areas including Harlesden, Perivale, Cricklewood, Harrow, and Northolt.



Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
