About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Content Production Expert to join our marketing team at Global Voices. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our diverse global audience.

This role involves working closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with campaign strategies and business objectives. You will plan, script, produce, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional content, case studies, social media clips, and event highlights.

The ideal candidate will have excellent scripting, storyboarding, and conceptualisation skills for impactful video content. They should also be proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and have strong understanding of content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging video content tailored for various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Enhance video content with motion graphics, captions, transitions, and effects to ensure a professional and visually appealing final product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Stay updated on video production trends and social media best practices, continuously innovating to improve content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Excellent scripting, storyboarding, and conceptualisation skills for impactful video content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
