About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Engineer to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for spearheading our reporting practices and leading on projects such as developing unique attribution models, applying new statistical interpretations methods, and identifying key drivers of our technology's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines to ensure our clients receive accurate and timely reporting and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams globally to drive business growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists to design predictive analytics, machine learning models, and automation infrastructure using thousands of unique data points.
  • Identify and implement improvements to our methodology and processes to ensure efficient and effective reporting practices.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in applied mathematics and working with real-world datasets.
  • Excellent SQL knowledge with practical application.
  • Experience in big data, multivariate testing, and developing business intelligence.
  • Ability to maintain a high-performance, reusable, and scalable data transformation pipeline.
  • Experience working with Data Scientists to design predictive analytics, machine learning models, and automation infrastructure.
