Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and provision of the payroll function for our UK and Ireland operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and timely liaison with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the HR & Communications Manager in the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of annual P11d's, monthly posting of payroll journals, and timely data shared with HMRC.
  • Support timely data audits and contribute to User Defined Specifications required for new systems.
  • Support the full administration of employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and assisting with employee relations matters.
Requirements
  • Experienced or qualified in Payroll / Business Management, relevant to UK and IRE payroll.
  • Full payroll administration experience, including legislation and tax regulations.
  • Human resources administration experience desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support managing information across teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy driven.
  • Experience with ADP and Kronos preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel / Microsoft Office.
