Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at EA First Ltd. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a range of clients, including BACs payment processing, direct client contact, and payroll query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage BACs payments and other financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Resolve payroll queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the supervision and training of junior staff members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a senior role
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, including auto-enrolment pensions, statutory payments, and HMRC regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
